Scott Family Residence

About This Project

Nearly 6,000 Sq Ft of Northwest Lodge Living

The Scott Family Residence is a nearly 6,000-square-foot custom home set on a private ten-acre wooded lot near Duvall, Washington. Breaking ground in November 2023 and completed two years later in November 2025, the project was delivered on time and on budget. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding Pacific Northwest landscape, the home features striking timber-frame construction, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace anchoring the great room, and rich natural materials throughout — evoking the warmth and character of a classic Northwest lodge.
